Job Description

  • Arranges reservations International and Domestic routing for passengers
  • Knowledge of Abacus/Galileo/Amadeus in any system preferred
  • Answers inquiries regarding passengers, Airlines, train and bus
  • Telephones customer or travel agent to advise of changes with travel conveyance or to confirm reservations
