Tele Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tele Sales Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in helping the team achieve revenue targets by supporting new and existing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will act as a confident and professional point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty to DHL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in achieving revenue targets by identifying, developing, and maintaining business from both new and existing customers.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, and proactive point of contact for all client interactions.
• Work under supervision to understand client needs and recommend appropriate DHL products and services to support revenue growth.
• Build long-term customer relationships by understanding their objectives, decision-making processes, and business goals, aiming to achieve preferred supplier status.
• Negotiate pricing and volume discounts in line with company policies, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer retention.
• Actively pursue new business through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and monitoring competitor activities.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency, resolving issues to customer satisfaction while maintaining DHL's standards and policies.
