Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who can take complete ownership of the post-sales journey. The ideal candidate will manage every stage after a sales order is received, ensuring timely dispatch, keeping customers informed from order to delivery, following up on payments, and building strong, lasting customer relationships that reflect the service quality of Aircon Nepal.

Key Responsibilities:

Take complete ownership of the order-to-delivery process once a sales order is received.
Responsible for making financial proposals
Coordinate with the dispatch, logistics, and store teams to ensure every order is delivered on time.
Keep customers updated at each stage — order confirmation, processing, dispatch, and delivery.
Follow up with customers and the accounts team on pending payments and outstanding balances.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Focus on client retention by ensuring excellent after-sales service and encouraging repeat business
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, communications, payments, and delivery status.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Service, Accounts, Store) to resolve customer issues.
Prepare and share regular reports on order status, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Experience: 2–3 years in customer relationship, sales coordination, or after-sales support roles. Prior experience in HVAC, home appliances, or related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-first attitude.
Well-organized with strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple customers and orders simultaneously without missing details.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Sheet and basic data/record keeping.
Polite & patient with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Ability to work to deadlines and ensure on-time delivery commitments are met.
