Overall Project Objective
LISP will improve the ability of Nepal’s local and provincial governments to respond to the demands of citizens for local infrastructure and increase the legitimacy and accountability of local government to their citizens with an emphasis on the empowerment of women. It will create green recovery jobs to stimulate the local economy and build climate resilience.
Purpose of the Role
The Team Leader will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Local Infrastructure Support Programme (LISP), ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical assistance and programme outcomes. The role is pivotal in managing relationships with key stakeholders, coordinating delivery teams, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
