Global Action Nepal (ज्ञान) is a dynamic social organization working exclusively in Nepal for over two decades to improve the quality of life of marginalized communities. GAN engages stakeholders to promote quality education, equity, human rights, and lifelong learning.
COPE Project Overview
Civil Society Participation in Education (COPE) is funded by the European Commission, implemented through a consortium led by National Campaign for Education Nepal in partnership with Global Action Nepal and Nepal Disabled Women Association.
The main objective of this project is to unite various stakeholders in addressing issues related to accountability and governance within the education sector.
The COPE Project aims to unite various stakeholders to address issues of accountability and governance within the education sector. The project will be implementing in the following districts:
Madesh Province: Dhanusha, Siraha, Rautahat
Karnali Province: Dailekh, Kalikot, Surkhet

Job Location: Kathmandu (with frequent field travel)
Key Responsibilities
Salary/Benefits: Gross salary NPR. 5,28,528.00 per annum
Period : 15th April 2026 - March 2027

The main objective of this project is to unite various stakeholders in addressing issues related to accountability and governance within the education sector. The project is to be implemented in Dhanusha, Siraha and Rautahat districts of Madesh province and Dailekh, Kalikot, Surkhet districts of Karnali province.
Thus, GAN is seeking for pro-active, qualified, self-motivated, dedicated and outcome oriented Project Officer under COPE project.
