We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Tech Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing digital marketing campaigns, provide technical support for online platforms, and ensure smooth digital operations to enhance marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Responsibilities

Create and publish job vacancy posts for overseas jobs (Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.)
Manage company social media accounts: Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Channel
Run paid advertisements to attract candidates (drivers, cleaners, waiters, helpers, etc.)
Design job posters using Canva or similar tools
Create simple videos or reels for job promotion
Generate candidate leads through online campaigns
Maintain candidate inquiry database from social media
Respond to online messages and direct candidates to recruitment team
Promote company brand credibility online
Ensure job advertisements follow Nepal government recruitment compliance rules

Tech Support Responsibilities

Maintain office computers, printer, scanner, internet connection
Organize candidate documents in Google Drive or company server
Create and maintain Excel sheets for candidate tracking
Support staff in using email, Google Drive, Excel, and PDF tools
Maintain backup of important recruitment documents
Set up online forms for candidate registration (Google Forms)
Manage company email accounts and data organization
Assist in maintaining recruitment database structure
Ensure confidential data is secure and access controlled
Troubleshoot basic technical problems in office systems

Social Media Marketing

Manage and operate company social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp Business)
Create and publish engaging content to attract job seekers for overseas employment
Plan weekly and monthly content calendar based on hiring demand
Respond to comments, messages, and candidate inquiries professionally
Run targeted advertising campaigns to generate candidate leads
Monitor social media performance and improve engagement
Ensure job advertisements follow Nepal government recruitment compliance guidelines

Agency Branding

Maintain consistent company brand image across all digital platforms
Design branding materials such as cover photos, banners, profile visuals, and company presentation graphics
Ensure all job posts follow company branding guidelines
Support development of company reputation as trusted recruitment agency
Promote company achievements, success stories, and client partnerships
Maintain professional tone and visual identity online

Database Management

Maintain organized digital database of candidate leads
Update candidate information in Excel or Google Sheets
Store CVs, passports, certificates, and related documents in Google Drive
Ensure proper file naming and folder structure
Remove duplicate or incomplete candidate records
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company data
Generate basic reports on candidate availability

Website Content Creation

Upload job vacancies and company information to website
Update website content regularly with new job openings
Write simple job descriptions suitable for online publishing
Ensure website content is clear, professional, and up to date
Coordinate with management for website improvements
Ensure correct contact information and company details are displayed

Graphic Designing

Design job vacancy posters using Canva or similar tools
Create social media graphics, banners, and promotional materials
Maintain consistent color theme and branding style
Create simple video reels or visual content for job promotion
Edit images for professional appearance
Prepare marketing materials as required

Daily Job Posting Updates

Post new job vacancies daily on social media platforms
Update job groups, pages, and classified platforms
Ensure accurate job details before posting
Coordinate with recruitment team for urgent hiring requirements
Update expired or filled job posts
Maintain posting schedule for continuous candidate flow
Track performance of job postings
