Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Personal Tax Executive to manage the company's tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Nepalese taxation laws, VAT, TDS, and tax filing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file VAT, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
Maintain tax records, documentation, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with tax authorities and external auditors when required.
Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise management accordingly.
Assist in tax planning and risk management activities.
Support accounting and finance teams in tax-related matters.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience.
Sound knowledge of VAT, TDS, and income tax
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
