Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking detail-oriented, responsible, and motivated Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidates should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial records, bank reconciliation, and stock management, with the ability to handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile company bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and maintain vouchers for receipts, expenses, and other transactions.
Maintain and verify stock records and inventory.
Record funds transferred from various exchanges and cross-check them against revenue ledgers.
Coordinate with banks regarding financial discrepancies and transactions when required.
Monitor assigned accounts and identify outstanding payments.
Follow up with debtors regarding pending payments and their payment status.
Assist the Senior Accountant with daily accounting and financial activities.
Ensure proper documentation and systematic maintenance of accounting records.
