Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication of HR policies, supporting onboarding processes, handling employee queries, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of HR procedures, and the ability to foster a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Manage the offer process, negotiate employment terms, and prepare offer letters.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
Represent the company at job fairs, university events, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to understand workforce planning and role requirements.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (corporate or agency).
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor laws.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
