Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR Manager / Overseas Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate overseas placements, and support HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in candidate sourcing, documentation processing, client coordination, and ensuring smooth international recruitment procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and candidate placement
Coordinate with overseas clients and employers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles
Handle documentation for international recruitment, including contracts, visa processing, approvals, and compliance requirements
Guide candidates through overseas employment procedures and provide clear communication throughout the process
Liaise with embassies, government offices, and relevant authorities when required
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation
Maintain and update candidate databases, employee records, and recruitment reports
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and international recruitment standards
Provide regular progress updates to management and clients
Support onboarding processes and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in HR, recruitment, or overseas placement coordination
Knowledge of international recruitment procedures and documentation requirements
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment software
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
