Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an enthusiastic System Maintenance Assistant (Entry-Level Backend / Full-Stack Developer) who is passionate about software systems and eager to start a professional career in backend and full-stack development. The position offers structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on experience with real-world systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and work with already-developed backend and full-stack systems
Assist in developing necessary programs, scripts, and minor features to support system operations
Perform routine system maintenance to ensure stability and smooth operation
Identify, troubleshoot, and fix system errors and minor bugs
Assist in managing and monitoring servers and basic cloud infrastructure under guidance
Support maintenance of AWS resources (such as EC2, RDS, and storage services)
Develop and update required landing pages using HTML and CSS
Perform basic database operations and data extraction using MySQL/MariaDB
Extract, analyze, and generate marketing-related materials through database analysis
Use AI tools to assist with learning, coding, debugging, and documentation
Support testing, documentation, and routine operational tasks

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 months of exposure to AI development tools (academic, self-learning, or practical)
Basic understanding of programming and web development concepts
Familiarity with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals
Interest in backend systems, full-stack development, and server management
Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a professional environment

Preferred Qualifications:

High-traffic system management experience
Global service operation experience
Open-source contribution experience
Experience with additional cloud platforms (GCP, Azure)
DevOps and monitoring tool expertise
