N&S Partners is looking for a skilled Backend Developer with 3–4 years of professional experience to help design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems. In this role, you will work closely with product, infrastructure, and engineering teams to develop reliable, high-performance services that power modern applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Go (Golang) or C++/Java depending on project needs.
Build and optimize data access layers using both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with strong attention to maintainability and performance.
Improve system reliability through monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and follow engineering best practices.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–4 years of hands-on backend or software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) or experience in C++/Java with willingness to work in Go.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
Strong knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, or DynamoDB.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs (experience with gRPC is a plus).
Familiarity with concurrency, performance optimization, and scalable system design.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with microservices and distributed systems.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.
Understanding of security best practices and Agile development methodologies.
