Job Description

Imark, a leading innovator in payment solutions, is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Support Executives for the payment platform- Point of Sale (POS). As a Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in qualitative merchant service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • On-Site Technical Support: Deliver on-site technical assistance to merchants, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of POS terminals. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions to merchant operations.
  • POS Application Updates: Perform essential application updates for POS terminals by on-site visits to merchant locations. Ensure all terminals are up-to-date with the latest software versions to enhance performance, features, and security.
  • Immediate On-Site Assistance: Respond promptly to merchant requests for assistance, swiftly visiting their locations to address technical concerns and provide expert guidance.
  • Card Personalization: Execute card personalization tasks as required.
  • Take additional responsibilities as and when required.
