Job Description

  • Managing schedules of all waiters
  • Ensuring the workflow among waiters is smooth and any discrepancies dealt with
  • Helping other waiters in serving during rush hours
  • Conversing with customers to build public relations and to gain feedback
  • Supporting operation manager as required
