Factory Supervisior

Reporting To: Factory Manager

Role Overview:

The Factory Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily production operations, coordinating workforce activities, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring product quality standards are maintained. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support efficient production processes and contribute to overall factory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow within assigned production areas.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure production targets are achieved within established timelines.
• Coordinate and supervise production staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor mushroom cultivation, harvesting, grading, packaging, and processing activities, where applicable.
• Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
• Conduct regular inspections of production areas, equipment, and operational processes.
• Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with relevant departments regarding production requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory usage, attendance, and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
• Report operational issues, production challenges, and maintenance requirements to the Factory Manager.
• Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational inefficiencies.
• Support employee training, performance monitoring, and adherence to workplace procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding equipment issues and production downtime.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
