Job Description

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day store/warehouse operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records (physical & system)
  • Ensure timely receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Coordinate with logistics, sales, and procurement teams
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in forecasting requirements
  • Implement and maintain proper storage standards (expiry management)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and documentation
  • Manage store staff, assign tasks, and evaluate performance
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports
  • Support internal and external audits
