  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in FMCG / Retail/Other service industry.
  • Must have completed at least Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university. 
  • Proficiency in MS office package.
  • Should have good command in both English& Nepali (speaking and writing).
  • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
  • Should have ability to lead, motivate/mentor, communicate, and generally interact with people in a positive way. 
  • Powerful organizing and leadership skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the function & department processes.
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices.

Note: Time flexibility and mobility is a must. 
          Must have 2 wheelers’ driving license with own vehicle. 


Job Description

  • To assist in establishment and ensure compliance of store’s short-term and long-term goals with overall company’s objectives
  • To follow and enforce store policies and procedures as well as company policies. Be proactive to any other duties assigned by management
  • To deliver and excel the benchmark customer service standards
  • To handle customer complaints and feedback at the spot
  • To conduct periodic inventory control and security checks
  • To oversee inventory management, ensuring that outlet is sufficiently equipped with all necessary inventories for daily operational needs
  • To ensure that visual display and merchandising standards are met
  • Responsible for managing all employees, including but not limited to proper roistering, attendance, coaching/counselling, discipline, grievance handling, terminations and evaluations and maintaining positive employee morale
  • Ensure accuracy in all recording & reporting; Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and other periodic reports as assigned
