Reporting to: Director of Sales

Role Overview

The Store Assistant will play a crucial role in providing a seamless and luxurious shopping experience for our customers. This position requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional customer service skills, and a deep appreciation for fine jewelry. The ideal candidate will assist with daily operations, maintain the store’s aesthetic, and ensure that every customer interaction reflects the high standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance

Welcome and host clients during store visits.
Support product presentations and respond to customer inquiries.

Jewelry Display & Maintenance

Set up daily store displays in coordination with the team.
Conduct jewelry condition checks before and after display.
Maintain store aesthetics by cleaning showcases and display areas.
Ensure secure storage and proper packaging of jewelry at closing.

Sales Support

Assist sales hosts by retrieving jewelry from storage.
Prepare cash receipts and support billing processes.
Ensure professional packaging and gifting presentation for sold items.

Client & Data Management

Maintain visitor logs and appointment records.
Share potential client data with the back-end team.
Track customer interactions and follow-ups.

Sales Performance Support

Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Track daily sales data and assist in identifying improvement areas.

Reporting & Communication

Provide regular updates to the Director of Sales on sales performance and customer feedback.
Report operational issues or grievances promptly for resolution.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Age:More than 24 years

Other Specification

Experience in luxury retail or boutique environments preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Passion for luxury jewelry with keen attention to detail.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Working knowledge of Google Sheets for data tracking.
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and across store locations when required.
Candidates must be above 24 years of age.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Relevant retail or customer service experience is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Rs. 25,000 – 35,000 per month (including OT)
Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Weekly Off: Once a week (as per manager’s schedule)
