Client Relation Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to support business growth. They act as a link between the company and clients, handle inquiries, present products or services, and ensure customer satisfaction. Their role also includes identifying sales opportunities, closing deals, and retaining clients by providing excellent service and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining a long-term and strong relationship with clients to retain them.
Make an effort to acquire new leads and clients for the company.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting our services to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to provide insights and recommendations to the management.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Prepare and present sales and relationship reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Conduct frequent visits to clients to professionally represent the company and communicate regarding the services provided.
Perform work as assigned by the supervisor/HOD in a timely and effective manner.

Capability of addressing client queries and coordinating appropriate solutions.
Proficiency in general computer operations and MS Office tools.
A pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.
A professional demeanor with a consistently positive attitude.
Ability to schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements.
Skill in client handling and relationship building.
Experienced in deal negotiation, handling objections, and resolving complaints effectively.
