Sales Assistant

Techskills Institute is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales team behind the scenes. This role is not hardcore sales-focused — instead, you will play a critical backend role in ensuring smooth communication, accurate reporting, and timely follow-ups with prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Follow-Ups:

• Assist sales executives with daily tasks and lead management
• Send follow-up emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages to prospective students
• Track and update lead status in CRM
• Ensure enquiries are responded to professionally and on time

Data Entry & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, and enrolments
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
• Ensure data is clean, updated, and organised

Customer Communication:

• Handle basic enquiries via email, phone, and chat
• Share course details, schedules, and fees with students
• Escalate qualified leads to the sales team

Administrative Support:

• Provide backend support to the student enrolment process
• Assist with documentation, scheduling, and coordination
• Support sales team operations for smooth workflow

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, marketing, accounts, training, and operations teams
• Ensure seamless communication across departments
