Job Description

  • Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system records on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot variances between physical stock and system data, and report findings to management.
  • Counter-check stock movements, including receiving and dispatch, to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain organized records of stock verifications, discrepancies, damages, and audits.
  • Ensure that operational standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed during stock management.
  • Help implement measures to control inventory loss, theft, or pilferage.
  • Participate in physical stock audits and ensure all necessary documentation is signed and forwarded.
