• Design, develop and modify modules based on functional and system requirements.
• Work closely with the Team Leader, Business Analyst, and Product Owner for understanding the functional and system requirements.
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
• Work closely with the Architecture Team to ensure architectural integrity and product quality.
• Participate in the testing process through unit testing and bug fixes.
• Participate in sprint planning and daily scrum meetings.
• Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
• Package and support deployment of releases.
• Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software.
• Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
• Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
• Provide third-level support to business users.
• Participate in and often lead the technical discussion to propose an ideal solution. Develop high-value code quality, maintainability, and reliability.
• Guide the team’s development effort towards successful project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
• Resource management and performance review of the team members.
