Reporting To: Finance Manager / Head of Finance

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounts / Finance Executive to manage and oversee the financial operations of the organization. The role involves financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, taxation, cash flow management, and ensuring accurate financial records in line with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure accuracy of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making

Accounting Operations:

Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Ensure timely invoicing, payments, and reconciliation of accounts
Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records
Review journal entries and accounting transactions

Banking & Reconciliation:

Oversee daily and monthly bank reconciliations
Manage cash flow and liquidity planning
Monitor bank transactions and corporate credit facilities

Taxation & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and financial regulations
Handle VAT, TDS, and other statutory filings
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
Maintain compliance with regulatory reporting requirements

Systems & Administration:

Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes
Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance
Ensure proper documentation and financial record keeping
Coordinate with internal departments for financial operations

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter/ACCA preferred)
5-6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Experience in taxation, auditing, and compliance
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP systems, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
