We are seeking for Accountant under this single recruitment drive. Whether you are looking to establish a strong foundation in corporate accounting or step into a greater ownership role managing day-to-day financial operations, this position offers clear career progression, mentorship, and long-term stability. Key Responsibilities

Financial Recordkeeping & Payables: Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records, vouchers, and ledgers, ensuring the timely verification and processing of vendor invoices, bills, and payments.
Reconciliations: Conduct regular, thorough reconciliations of bank statements, cash books, party ledgers, and general ledger accounts to ensure zero discrepancies.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing periodic financial statements, cash flow summaries, and internal management reports to support informed leadership decisions.
Budgeting & Compliance: Support budget preparation, expense tracking, and monitoring activities to maintain strict financial discipline and organizational compliance.
Process Improvement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members (procurement, sales, and operations) to streamline accounting workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication: Respond professionally and accurately to inquiries from internal teams, vendors, auditors, and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Oversee timely calculation, filing, and compliance for VAT, TDS, and income tax returns in accordance with Inland Revenue Department (IRD) regulations and Nepal Accounting Standards.
Inventory & Cost Accounting: Monitor product costing, inventory valuation, and supply-chain financial tracking across dairy and agrovet operations.
Audit & Finalization Support: Lead schedule preparation for internal and statutory audits, independently finalize trial balances, and guide junior accounting staff in daily entries.

Other Specification

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related Management field (BBS, BBA, BBM, or equivalent) is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong academic grounding, or candidates with up to 1 year of practical accounting/internship experience who are eager to learn and commit long-term.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of progressive, hands-on experience in accounting and financial management (experience in dairy, agrovet, manufacturing, or trading sectors is a strong advantage).

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Analytical Precision: Strong analytical and numerical skills with uncompromising attention to detail, accuracy, and ethical handling of confidential financial data.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, Swastik, Busy, or ERP systems) and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and reconciliation sheets).
Reliability & Long-Term Commitment: Demonstrated sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a genuine desire for a stable, long-term career rather than short-term job transitions.
Communication & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate smoothly across departments and external partners.
Proactive Ownership: A self-motivated, problem-solving attitude with the ability to meet monthly closing and compliance deadlines reliably in a fast-paced environment.
