Team Ventures is seeking an experienced Head of Accounts, Admin & Finance Officer to oversee financial operations, accounting, audits, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and administrative functions while ensuring effective financial management and strategic decision-making.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting and financial operations across the organization and its subsidiaries, including payables, receivables, payroll, reconciliations, general ledger, vendor management and intercompany transactions.
Lead timely and accurate quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage statutory and internal audits, coordinating with auditors and the Audit Committee and ensuring audit recommendations are implemented.
Ensure compliance with tax, company law, securities and other regulatory requirements, supported by robust financial policies and internal controls.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning and variance reporting, and work closely with Senior Management and the Investment Department on financial analysis, financing and investment evaluation.
Support the public issuance, including prospectus preparation and disclosures, and lead the post listing compliance and reporting function.
Lead and develop the Finance & Administration team, ensuring high standards of accountability, integrity, confidentiality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree with CA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification and at least 5 years' relevant experience; or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA or related field with at least 10 years' relevant experience.
5 to 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including meaningful supervisory or managerial experience.
Strong experience in group accounting, multi-entity financial management and consolidation; exposure to listed-company reporting, public issuance or securities compliance is an advantage.
Proven experience working with auditors, banks, regulators, tax authorities and vendors.
Strong knowledge of taxation, accounting standards, company law and internal controls.
Strong skills in budgeting, financial planning, cash-flow management and analysis, able to turn financial data into business insights.
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with high integrity, confidentiality and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
