Job Description

Job Summary: The duty Officer is responsible for hands-on floor management of the Facility with supervision of CSA and logistic
Reports To: Facility Manager
Total Compensation: 45K Gross Monthly
Tenure: 2 years (renewable)

Professional Pre-requisites

  • 2 years of work experience in the Hospitality / Service industry at a junior level
  • Able to manage staff and shifts
  • Basic technical knowledge about machinery and equipment
  • Documentation skills to maintain institutional knowledge

Areas of Responsibility

  • Ensures proper functioning and monitors the condition and servicing of machinery and equipment.
  • Ensures proper condition of theater assets like seats, 3D glasses, RO water, projection sound and visual, food display machines, and items for a better customer experience.
  • Plans and manages internal staff meetings, housekeeping, and security.
  • Prepares duty roaster of staff and manages them in rush hours.
  • Directs staff for cleaning and maintenance to ensure hygiene and safety.
  • Assists in preparing monthly and daily sales reports to compare with data from ticketing software.
  • Assists in training the internal and outsourced staff to ensure quality customer service.
  • Monitors the smooth operation of entire services provided to the guests to enhance the movie- going experience and respond appropriately to crises.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management

Note: The candidate should be willing to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays.
