For Sr. Accountant:

• Handle multiple projects and fund management in co-ordination with the Finance Manager.
• Review & approve vouchers and entries.
• Monitor expenditure, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
• Provide guidance to the site accountants and juniors as and when needed.
• Work with the Auditors in preparation of Financials as well as creation and follow up of accounting policies and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

For Site Accountant:

• Do the entries and report on a daily basis as per the prescribed format
• Attend the meetings and workshop as and when called
• Review the Trial Balance of the respective project and work in it 
• Perform reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Ensure cost control at site
• Visit banks & other offices as and when required for fund collection/ payment
