About the job

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Spare Parts Billing Encharge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling billing processes & store related to spare parts for automotive repairs and maintenance. They will work closely with the parts department, service advisors, and customers to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional service delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Generate invoices for spare parts used in vehicle repairs and maintenance services.
  • Verify the accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and prices before invoicing.
  • Collaborate with the parts department to ensure adequate stock levels and availability of spare parts.
  • Process payments for spare parts transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and invoicing to corporate clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding spare parts pricing, availability, and billing details.
  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts transactions and billing activities.
  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of billing processes.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Keep abreast of pricing updates, promotions, and discounts on spare parts.
  • Assist in inventory management by conducting periodic stock audits and reconciliations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in automotive spare parts billing or automotive service administration is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in billing software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts terminology and identification is a plus.
