  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with other departments.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Must work for at least 2 years on the job.

Job Description

  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports to provide insights into the financial health of the business.
  • Oversee inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation and support.
