Job Description

Cedar Gate Services is looking for a Software QA Manager to lead QA teams in our R&D department.

Job Responsibilities

Project Specific:

Assess project requirements and plan for the QA team.
Design / review test plan for the project.
Mitigate and manage project risks.
Work with others to get rid of project impediments.
Coordinate with other managers and related personnel from the US office for smooth delivery of projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and with high quality.
Continuously improve software testing practices.

Team Specific:

Recruit, train, and mentor resources.
Grant least privilege access to resources.
Monitor resource utilization.
Monitor the performance of resources.
Ensure standard practices are followed.
Ensure organizational policies and procedures are followed by the team.
Revoke access for resources rotating off the team or leaving the company.
