The Project Manager – App Development (Team Lead) will be responsible for leading and managing the app development team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and timely digital products aligned with company goals. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and execution capabilities to ensure efficient project delivery and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and coordinate the app development team (developers, UI/UX designers, QA)
Plan, track, and ensure timely execution of app development projects
Translate management vision and business goals into clear technical tasks and deliverables
Monitor team performance, productivity, and accountability
Conduct regular reviews, reporting, and progress updates to management
Ensure quality control, testing, and smooth deployment of applications
Identify risks, solve problems proactively, and maintain workflow efficiency
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and management teams

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
Basic to intermediate understanding of app development (mobile/web)
Proficiency in Excel, reporting, documentation, and project tracking tools
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and perform under pressure
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in app development and team handling
Prior experience in managing tech/app development teams is preferred
