We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple client projects, coordinating internal teams, maintaining strong client communication, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong workflow management, and the ability to oversee website, SEO, Google Ads, social media, and branding projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Manage client communication, follow-ups, approvals, and feedback.
Conduct onboarding meetings and gather project requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure clients receive regular project updates.

Project Coordination:

Plan, schedule, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Coordinate tasks between designers, developers, SEO specialists, content writers, and marketing staff.
Ensure deadlines and project milestones are achieved.
Monitor project progress and resolve workflow issues proactively.
Maintain accurate project timelines and task tracking.

Workflow & Process Management:

Improve internal systems and project workflows.
Ensure all project files, content, and approvals are properly organised.
Reduce communication gaps and missed deliverables.
Implement processes to improve team efficiency and accountability.

Marketing & Content Oversight:

Oversee website, SEO, Google Ads, branding, and social media projects.
Review content and marketing materials before client submission.
Coordinate revisions and approvals with clients and internal teams.
Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Team Coordination:

Delegate tasks and monitor team progress.
Conduct regular internal follow-ups and project check-ins.
Support collaboration between departments.
Assist management in prioritising urgent projects.

Reporting & Administration:

Prepare project status reports and updates.
Maintain CRM and project management systems.
Track project timelines and deliverables.
Assist with documentation, invoicing coordination, and administrative tasks where required.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
Experience using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
Understanding of digital marketing, websites, SEO, Google Ads, and social media.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in a marketing or digital agency environment.
Experience managing website and branding projects.
Understanding of client servicing and campaign coordination.
Knowledge of CRM systems and workflow management tools.
