Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Lead to lead and manage overall human resource functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, interviews, hiring, and employee onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave details, contracts, and HR documentation accurately.
Coordinate with the Finance Department for payroll, overtime, incentives, deductions, and salary related matters.
Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, grooming standards, and workplace conduct.
Prepare and issue HR notices, warning letters, and official employee communications.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing requirements.
Organize staff training programs and maintain training records and follow-up reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace procedures, and operational standards.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Strong written and verbal communication skills with good documentation ability.
Good understanding of attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR operational procedures.
Capable of organizing staff training programs and coordinating with department heads.
Well organized with strong leadership, accountability, and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
