Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Associate to execute digital marketing activities, grow brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales through structured marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Create posts, captions, and basic creatives (Canva preferred)
Implement marketing strategies shared by the management team
Run and monitor paid ads (basic level)
Generate leads and forward qualified leads to the sales team
Monitor engagement, messages, and comments
Track performance and prepare basic reports

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Required Skills & Qualifications

Understanding of social media platforms and trends
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation
Experience with Canva or similar design tools
Good written communication skills (English & Nepali)
Ability to follow structured marketing plans
Organized and result-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

Experience with Facebook Ads / Meta Ads
Knowledge of CRM or lead management tools
Experience working with SaaS or tech products
