What You'll Actually Do

Research and identify legitimate suppliers based on what our clients need as per COE systems.
Evaluate factories using our internal vetting system.
Contact suppliers, get quotes, check certifications, and verify they're not just traders with nice websites.

Run the Numbers

Build cost breakdowns: factory price, shipping, duties, margins
Make sure the math adds up before anything goes to the client
Keep detailed records so we know exactly where every dollar goes

Be the connection point between Clients & Suppliers.

Clients say "I need X." Factories say "We make Y." Your job: make sure X and Y are actually the same thing.
Get samples, confirm specs, double-check materials and colors
Find backup suppliers when the first option doesn't work out
Negotiate pricing (we'll teach you how to do this without getting played)

Execute Projects End-to-End

Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple moving parts
Coordinate between internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) and external stakeholders (factories, freight forwarders, clients)
Own your projects if something breaks, you fix it. Fast.

Make Sure Stuff Actually Ships

Track orders from production → packaging → shipping
Coordinate with our China team on logistics and delivery schedules
Handle the paperwork: shipping marks, tracking numbers, carton counts, all the boring but critical details
Support our ops team with shipment data when they need it

Clean Up the Mess When Things Go Wrong

Factories screw up. It happens. You'll help fix quality issues, get replacement parts, find assembly instructions, and make sure clients don't lose their minds.
Handle pressure without folding — clients don't care about excuses, they care about solutions

Build Commercial Intelligence

Understand margin structures, supplier pricing dynamics, and how to protect profitability while keeping clients happy
Learn what makes deals work and what kills them
Develop judgment on when to push, when to pivot, and when to walk away

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Who We're Looking For

You Must Have:

Bachelor's degree (business, commerce, engineering or related field)
1–3 years in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or project coordination (or you're a fresh grad who interned somewhere relevant and actually learned something)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills — you'll live in spreadsheets
Excellent English (speaking and writing). Mandarin is a bonus but not required.
Ability to juggle 10 things at once without dropping any of them
Ownership mentality you don't wait to be told what to do; you figure it out
Accountability when you say something will happen, it happens
Execution speed you move fast, adjust quickly, and don't get paralyzed by decisions

Even Better If You Have:

Experience using Alibaba, Global Sources, or similar platforms
Understanding of international shipping terms (CBM, FOB, EXW, etc.)
Experience sourcing consumer goods, electronics, or retail products
Knowledge of quality control and product certifications
Exposure to multi-stakeholder project management or client-facing roles
