We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Officer to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong experience in paid ads, performance marketing, and analytics, who enjoys working closely with sales teams to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
Drive B2B lead generation through paid and organic digital channels
Develop and improve marketing funnels and landing pages to increase conversions
Manage SEO, SEM, and email marketing activities
Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and prepare regular reports
Research competitors, market trends, and growth opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

Experience Required: More than 3 years in digital marketing or performance marketing

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in digital marketing & lead generation
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Basic to intermediate graphic designing skills (Canva / Adobe tools preferred)
Good understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
