We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and manage our digital presence across key social platforms. This role will be responsible for developing content strategies, growing online engagement, strengthening brand awareness, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage and grow platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Create culturally relevant, engaging, and high-performing content
Plan and oversee structured content calendars
Lead paid social campaigns and optimise for ROI
Monitor trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats
Analyse performance metrics and deliver actionable insights
Manage community engagement and online reputation
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams
Ensure all content aligns with Flint’s premium brand positioning

2+ years’ experience managing social media accounts professionally
Strong understanding of digital marketing, audience behaviour, and content strategy
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social tools
Proven ability to analyse performance data and optimise campaigns
Strong English copywriting skills
Basic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing social media for premium, finance, or service-based brands
Demonstrated success scaling accounts organically
Experience running multi-platform paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Influencer partnership or collaboration experience
Familiarity with scheduling, automation, and analytics tools
Video content strategy or short-form editing experience
