Job Description

We are looking for a talented and versatile IT & Digital Marketing Officer to oversee our IT infrastructure, company management software, and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, hands-on experience in IT systems, and expertise in digital marketing, helping to ensure smooth company operations and effective online promotion of our services.

Key Responsibilities

IT & Software Management:

  • Check, maintain, and regularly update the company’s internal management software and manpower management software to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with developers or vendors for system updates, troubleshooting, and feature improvements.
  • Manage company website, email systems, and database backups.
  • Ensure cybersecurity, software licensing, and network functionality.
  • Provide daily IT support for hardware, printers, networking, and FEIMS operations.
  • Maintain and improve digital filing, data security, and backup systems.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to promote overseas job openings.
  • Design and manage posts, reels, and graphics for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Run paid advertisements (Meta & Google Ads) to generate leads.
  • Monitor digital analytics, engagement rates, and campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with international marketing and documentation teams for project promotion.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional digital brand image for the company.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on digital growth and IT performance.
