Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our team as a Social Media Handler / Content Creator, who is passionate about creating engaging content and managing social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative and informative content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, You Tube, LinkedIn etc.
Plan, schedule, and publish content to ensure consistent online presence
Monitor social media activity and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media campaigns
Use analytics tools to track social media performance and make data-driven decisions
Stay updated with current industry trends and incorporate them into content strategy
Engage with Millsberry School's online community by creating interactive posts, quizzes, contests etc.
Knowledge of professional photography is required
Assist in creating and managing social media advertisements

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in social media management and content creation
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
