We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Handler to join our team. This role will focus on developing and executing innovative social media strategies to grow our platforms, enhance engagement, and strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, strategizing, marketing, posting, and creatively directing content while collaborating with the graphic designer to ensure visually appealing posts.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive social media strategies to drive engagement, increase followers, and enhance brand presence across all platforms.
Creative Direction: Lead the direction of social media content and ensure it aligns with brand goals and resonates with our target audience.
Content Planning: Create and implement a content calendar with a focus on campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends.
Platform Management: Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistency in messaging and voice.
Collaboration with Design Team: Work closely with the graphic designer to develop visually compelling posts, stories, and graphics that complement the overall strategy.
Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and foster a positive online community.
Social Media Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of trends in social media and digital marketing, applying fresh, creative ideas to campaigns.
Paid Social Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to achieve business objectives.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Handler in a similar role.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement creative social media campaigns.
Exceptional creativity and the ability to lead the direction of engaging content.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts.
Ability to work collaboratively with the design team and other departments.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with social media advertising and campaign management.
Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices.
A passion for social media and creativity, with an eye for detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with marketing and community engagement.
Ability to track and report on ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).
Video content creation and editing skills (preferred)
