Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a creative, responsible, and strategy-driven Social Media Handler who can manage daily social media operations while contributing ideas to grow our brand. This is a mid-level role for someone who already understands social media and is ready to take more ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute monthly and weekly social media strategies
Create high-quality, engaging, and trend-driven content for social media
Plan, run, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Write clear, engaging captions aligned with brand voice
Coordinate with the graphic designer for posts, stories, reels, and banners
Ensure content consistency across all platforms
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond professionally and on time
Grow followers organically through engagement and content optimization
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers)
Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements
Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and best practices
Maintain posting schedules and meet deadlines consistently

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media handling or management
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, etc.)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

Experience with marketing and community engagement.
Ability to track and report on ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).
Video content creation and editing skills (preferred)

Time: 10 AM - 5 PM

Note: Competitive salary range according to the candidate's prior experience and skills.
