Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Handler and Content Creator to manage and grow Passion Foundation’s digital presence across multiple platforms. The role involves creating engaging daily content, promoting courses, events, and consultancy services, interacting with audiences, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and publish daily content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics
Manage official social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages from students, clients, or prospects in a timely manner
Promote courses, intakes, training programs, consultancy services, events, and corporate announcements
Support marketing campaigns, webinars, seminars, workshops, and deadlines
Share success stories, testimonials, achievements, and case studies
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments
Research competitor activities and suggest innovative content ideas
Work closely with internal teams to gather content and updates
Ensure all social media activities comply with organizational policies and guidelines
Assist in reputation management and escalate sensitive issues when necessary

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in social media management and content creation
Strong writing and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools
Understanding of education, study abroad, or consultancy services is an advantage
