Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Growth and Content Specialist. Beyond just managing our social feeds and SEO, you will be the bridge between our brand and our clients. You’ll be responsible for keeping our community "in the know" by delivering exciting industry news and irresistible offers directly to their preferred platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO & Content Management:

Research, write, and optimize blog posts, web copy, and landing pages to rank on page one of search engines.
Monitor SEO performance and implement strategies to increase organic traffic.

2. Social Media & Community Management:

Curate and manage social media accounts ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
Identify trends and execute “trend-jacking” campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Build and nurture online communities, responding to queries and feedback promptly.

3. Email & Client Outreach:

Create and execute multi-channel campaigns including newsletters, promotions, and industry updates.
Segment email lists and personalize campaigns for maximum engagement.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for ROI.

4. Graphic Design & Visual Branding:

Independently design visually cohesive and appealing content for newsletters, social media, and web assets.
Ensure all digital content aligns with brand identity and visual guidelines.

5. Market Research & Analysis:

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to inform content and growth strategies.
Use analytics (Google Analytics, app insights, social media insights) to identify high-performing platforms and content.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in digital marketing, content creation, or growth marketing roles

Professional Skills Required:

Strategic Planning
Content Creation & Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva)
SEO and SEM Management
CMS Management (WordPress or similar)
Email Marketing & Automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo)
Social Media Management (Buffer, Hootsuite, trend analysis)

Other Specification:

Strong analytical and creative thinking
Ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies
Excellent communication and writing skills
