We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Social Media Handler to join our team. The position requires a creative, dynamic, and tech-savvy individual who is passionate about social media and has a strong understanding of current trends and technologies. As our Social Media Handler, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand and services, as well as managing our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
Regularly monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and utilize them to improve the company's social media presence.
Additional skill of Graphics design to create visually appealing social media posts and advertisements.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in social media management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Strong understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
Experience in creating and managing social media ads and campaigns.
Knowledge of graphics designing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
Passionate about recruitment and keeping up with industry trends.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
