Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Social media and marketing will be the main focus of this position.

We are looking for someone who understands how to make a brand look exciting, active and professional online — someone who enjoys creating content, spotting opportunities and turning everyday moments into engaging stories.

You will help manage and develop Siddisskredderene's presence across Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms with the goal of growing our audience and reaching more potential clients.

Alongside social media, you will assist with customer communication and our customer database, helping us maintain strong relationships with existing customers and create opportunities for repeat business.

The right person will have considerable freedom to contribute ideas and help shape how the Siddisskredderene brand is presented online.

Your Main Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

This will be the most important part of your role.

You will:

• Help manage our social media presence, particularly Instagram and Facebook
• Capture photos and videos from our workshop, fittings, fabrics, craftsmanship and daily activities in Nepal, edit them into engaging content, and publish Stories, Reels and posts.
• Turn photos and videos from our professional photoshoots by our production team into additional engaging social media content
• Research trends, content ideas, hooks and formats that could work for our brand
• Monitor which content performs well and use these insights to improve future content
• Help plan and maintain a consistent content calendar
• Help us continuously improve the quality and consistency of our social media presence

Customer Success & CRM

For a luxury brand, exceptional service is just as important as an exceptional product.

Many of our customers return to us over several years as they build their wardrobe, and we place great value on developing long-term personal relationships with them. Taking good care of our existing clients is therefore an important part of both our brand and our continued growth.

A smaller but important part of your role will be helping us maintain these relationships and ensure that our clients continue to receive the personal attention they expect from Siddisskredderene.

You will:

• Maintain and organize our client database
• Prepare customer lists for email and SMS campaigns
• Identify opportunities to reconnect with previous client
• Support campaigns aimed at repeat purchases and long-term client relationships

You will work together with management on this part of the role, so previous CRM experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

As part of a growing team, you will also work closely with our manager in Nepal and occasionally support other areas of the business when needed.
