Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead and grow the digital presence of Australian-based businesses operating in the mortgage, property, and technology sectors.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, identifying growth opportunities, and translating industry insights into compelling marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with management and play a key role in building brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media channels, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram
Develop and maintain content calendars and marketing campaigns
Create engaging content including posts, carousels, videos, and industry updates
Write compelling marketing copy and social media captions
Monitor social media performance and audience engagement
Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives
Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements
Stay up to date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices
Collaborate with management on marketing strategy and business growth initiatives

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing or Content Marketing
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram marketing
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong copywriting and content creation abilities
Good visual and design sense with experience using Canva or similar tools
Understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Preferred
Experience in B2B marketing, Financial Services, Property, FinTech or PropTech
Knowledge of SEO, Email Marketing, Google Analytics or Paid Advertising
Experience with video editing and content creation tools
