Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking energetic and skilled individuals with at least 2 years of experience in social media management. The ideal candidates should be proficient in creating engaging content, managing multiple platforms, analyzing performance, and maintaining the hospital’s digital presence with creativity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update all official social media accounts of the hospital
Plan, create, schedule, and publish regular social media content
Promote hospital services, departments, health awareness programs, events, and campaigns
Create engaging captions, visuals, reels, and short videos
Respond professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries
Monitor social media performance and prepare basic activity reports
Coordinate with departments for content collection and updates
Stay updated with latest social media trends and digital practices
