A proactive, energetic, and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building strong relationships with patients, partners, and stakeholders, promoting hospital services, and supporting marketing initiatives to grow our healthcare presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare partners.
Promote hospital services and programs, including outreach, events, and health campaigns.
Support marketing and sales initiatives to increase patient engagement.
Coordinate and follow up on inquiries, feedback, and client requests efficiently.
Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist in presentations for hospital management.
Represent the hospital professionally in meetings, events, and community outreach activities.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, client relations, or healthcare services.
Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional language skills are a plus

Skills & Competencies:

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Pleasant personality with a positive and professional attitude.
Knowledge of marketing strategies, client engagement, and healthcare services.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.
Own vehicle is preferred for official travel.
