We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This position is ideal for individuals with 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, who are ready to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies, managing ad campaigns, and communicating with our diverse clients from Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Manage social media platforms and contribute to content creation and scheduling using tools.
Set up and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budget handling, and performance tracking.
Handle client communication, collecting briefs, providing updates, and ensuring alignment with client goals.
Contribute to the development of digital marketing materials, such as graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update marketing collateral and digital assets.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner to foster community engagement.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation.
Help track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure engagement and reach.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Note: Working hours: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, including a 1-hour lunch break.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
2+ year of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
Hands-on experience running Meta/social media ads.
Prior involvement in client communication related to social media management.

Technical Skills :

Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
Basic design skills using Canva (Photoshop is a plus but not essential).
Comfortable working with Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager.
Understanding of platform algorithms and audience engagement strategies.

Soft Skills :

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple pages and tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable communicating directly with clients and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
