We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media and Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a strong eye for design, and the ability to create engaging content that aligns with current trends and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for social media platforms.
Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva, capcut or similar editing tools.
Write compelling captions, promotional content, and social media copy in English.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and content formats.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new content opportunities.
Develop creative content ideas that increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital platforms.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Age:More than 18 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
Good understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
Strong creativity with the ability to develop original and engaging content.
Knowledge of trend analysis, market research, and competitor analysis.
Ability to interpret social media metrics and optimize content performance.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of social media advertising.
Familiarity with content planning and scheduling tools.
Photography or videography skills will be an added advantage.
