We are seeking a creative, confident, and trend-aware Content Creator / Social Media Handler with proven experience in creating high-performing or viral content. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, excellent on-camera presence, and hands-on skills in filming, editing, and managing social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, film, edit, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Create reels, short-form videos, product showcases, styling content, promotional campaigns, and behind-the-scenes content.
Develop creative concepts with strong hooks and viral potential.
Stay updated on current social media trends, sounds, formats, and platform changes.
Confidently appear in front of the camera whenever required.
Photograph and film jewellery while accurately highlighting its design, craftsmanship, and details.
Write clear and engaging captions suited to the brand’s voice.
Manage the company’s social media pages and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer comments, messages, and product enquiries received through social media.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding product availability, prices, and customer requirements.
Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
Assist with content creation during launches, campaigns, events, and festive occasions.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Proven experience in content creation is mandatory.
Must have previously created high-performing or viral videos.
A strong portfolio of reels, videos, photographs, or social media campaigns.
Social media handles and relevant content links must be included in the CV.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and short-form video content.
Skilled in filming and video editing using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar applications.
Confident communication and on-camera presentation skills.
Able to handle social media queries professionally and convert relevant enquiries into potential sales.
Creative, responsible, trend-aware, and able to work consistently.
Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury content will be preferred.
Must have previous professional content-creation experience and a proven record of creating high-performing or viral videos.
